The Valentine Surprise is our chocolate decadent cake, a moist bittersweet sour cream chocolate cake soaked with raspberry coulis and layered with a chocolate ganache. Enveloped in Belgian dark chocolate as an edible box, open the chocolate lid and discover a milk chocolate truffle heart nestled in chocolate "tissue paper", artfully tied with a red ribbon and bow edged with gold.
